i have severe abdominalpain around my navel to the right side and back pain in the mid to lower quadrant.  but am shaking and get dizzy when i stand.

Go to ER now!: If you still have pain now, please go to an ER right away. Severe abdominal pain that does not respond in 30 minutes or less, needs urgent evaluation.  The cause may be something simple, but, can also be due to something serious.  Get checked now, if it still hurts.

i have been anemic for going on 5 weeks, along with leukocytosis & consistent low fever. i have terrible stomach pains in all 4 quadrants & joint & bone pain. also, the sides of my lower back hurt the worst. all other blood work comes back normal.

SEE a doctor: That is a question that needs a lot more information before i can even begin to guess.  What makes the pain come on?  How severe?  What makes it better?  Which side?  When was your last menstrual period?  Have you had any nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation?  Any fever?  Any burning with urination, frequency or urgency?  And i could go on.  This is a problem that needs to see a doctor.

Pinched Nerve: Sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your back.  I would suggest seeing a pain/spine specialist to evaluate you further to evaluate what level and what can be done to treat you.  There are interventional treatments besides medications and surgeries that might reduce or  eliminate the pain altogether.

If pain is severe: accompanied by v appetite, nausea, vomiting, fever - it  could be appendicitis.  For severe abdominal pain seek emergency evaluation. Take care.

See a doctor: Compression of the nerves in the thigh or lower back and other causes such as appendiciits, hernias, back problems or hip problems can lead to pain. You should rule out hip problems such as a 1) stress fracture, 2) avascular necrosis, 3) transient osteoporosis, 4) arthritis, 5) labral tears 6) infection. Muscle injury/tendinitis around the hip joint may also cause your pain.

No: Gastritis usually causes no pain or pain in the upper abdomen. Intermittent right lower quadrant pain is usually caused by an organ in the lower portion of the abdomen, not by gastritis. If the pain continues to be recurrent, I would see your doctor. Good luck.
