Pinched Nerve: Sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your back.  I would suggest seeing a pain/spine specialist to evaluate you further to evaluate what level and what can be done to treat you.  There are interventional treatments besides medications and surgeries that might reduce or  eliminate the pain altogether.

See a doctor: Compression of the nerves in the thigh or lower back and other causes such as appendiciits, hernias, back problems or hip problems can lead to pain. You should rule out hip problems such as a 1) stress fracture, 2) avascular necrosis, 3) transient osteoporosis, 4) arthritis, 5) labral tears 6) infection. Muscle injury/tendinitis around the hip joint may also cause your pain.

Cyst in abdomen: If it is visible lump which can be felt with your hand, then it is a cyst in the abdominal wall.If it is painful and looks ugly then you can have it removed surgically.Your sister can discuss this with her doctor for proper guidance.

Breast lump: Don't wait to get this lump checked preferably by a breast surgeon. I have all lumps checked.that way even with a perfectly normal mammogram. This way I and the patient are most reassured.

No: Gastritis usually causes no pain or pain in the upper abdomen. Intermittent right lower quadrant pain is usually caused by an organ in the lower portion of the abdomen, not by gastritis. If the pain continues to be recurrent, I would see your doctor. Good luck.

See a surgeon: Polyps in the gallbladder can produce the same symptoms that gallstones do. Adenomyosis is a form of a polyp.
