I've seen cellulitis from bug bites, skin cysts that became infected, nursing mothers usually with an abscess also, and severly obese women with 'panniculitis' of the breast, and occassionally it just happens in diabetics with poor sugar control.  Rarely inflammatory breast cancer mimicks cellulitis.
