Plan; yes: Boil; either needs drainage or has drained itself.                                                            Are they recurrent? Is this a longstanding problem? Are you diabetic?                               Keep area dry, difficult I know. After daily bath or shower dry as well as you can. Apply Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) ointment twice daily if bad see doctor for possible antibiotics decontamination protocol

Pubic hair?: Insure you use fresh, sharp blades vice dull blades. If hair is &gt; several mm long – then trim before shaving. Wash area before shaving – warm water helps to soften hair. Use a lubricant when shaving. Avoid using products that contain alcohol or are scented.  Shave in direction of the hair – not against it. Be gentle when shaving – don’t push down too hard. Bartholin's cyst: Just inside the vagina are the Bartholin's glands which lubricate the vagina. The opening can get blocked and then fluid accumulates and a cyst forms.  Soaking in warm water several times a day my aid in opening the cyst.  If it is quite painful or large, it is most likely infected and you need an evaluation by your doctor, esp Gyn.

Difficult: You probably have hidradenitis suppuritiva. Associated with being overweight, smoking, prediabetes/diabetes, family history. See consultation with an ob/gyn or dermatology

It's difficult: If it's recurring boils, you probably are carrying a bad bacteria on the skin.  This area is especially prone.  Don't shave.  You could try an antibacterial wash only a couple times / week (every day is too much - the bugs just get resistant to the wash!) & keepthe skin well moisturized, but also try to wear loose-fitting clothes to keep dry. Surgery to remove the chronic infection works best.
