would an elevated rib cause pain on the head of my clavicle?

Not sure?: Not sure what you mean by head of clavicle. The clavicle and 1st rib are right on top of each other near the breast bone or sternum. The medial sterno-clavicular joint can become swollen from injury or inflammation. Some people have an extra cervical rib above the clavicle which if large can cause some pain. The other end of the clavicle by the shoulder hurt, but is not rib related.

Clavicle & rib pain: Vascular, nerve, or tendon referred pain--likely from clavicular origin of pectoralis.

Let me advice you: Any pain in the chest area travel to the shoulder and back, we should roll out heart  as a source, then most of due to chest wall pain or refer pain form gastro-intestinal  tract, Anxiety and other sources.

i have a radiating pain into my clavicle which has now started in my rib cage area on the one side, i have not been sick, nor have i fallen or injured myself. what could it be?

Monitor it for now: Pains like this can happen to all of us but they usually resolve in 1-2 weeks. You may need to take a mild pain pill like Tylenol if it is bothering you much.
If the pain is progressing to more severe degree in 2 weeks time, then you need to see your doctor for examination and possibly some tests to find out the cause and to make sure that your bones are healthy.

can the chest ribs be asymmetrical?i feel the first right rib(the bone right below the right clavicle) is more protruding than the left rib. problem?

Sounds normal: Nobody's body is perfectly symmetrical. Some people require differnt shoe sizes on each foot, women may require differnt bra cup sizes, and ribs may protrude more on one side than the other -- etc, etc, etc. This doesn't sound like something tow orry about. But discuss with your doctor if you remain concerned.

i was wondering what age does wingspan stop growing on average as my brother whos 17 wants 3 inches more reach as he does mma.i read that the rib cage,clavicle and humerus bone stop growing at like 25 does this mean his wingspan could get to that?

: In general the body stops growing after age 18yrs or so.

the right first rib(im not quite sure if thats what the bones right under the clavicle is called) is a little bit more raised than the left one. i can feel both of the sides but when paying an attention i feel like the right one more raised.normal?

Yes, the pain and discomfort you feel may be directly related to your spine since the central nervous system originates in the brain and spine. Each area of asymmetry can be pressing on a nerve or placing undue stress on a connective tissue that is connected to your muscles. See a doctor.
