Osteoporosis tx and prevention is dealt with.

Also, their are groups of autimmune diseases including sle, sjogren's, sclerderma, polymyositis, vascultis, and others.  We give chemotherapy, use infusable drugs, perform joint injections (i also do nerve blocks).

Why not ?: There is no real test for this diagnose.  It's one of exclusion unless you consider tender points a diagnostic test.  These symptoms are common in other illnesses that are real i.e Lyme disease, Chiari Malformation to name a few.
