See below: Use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Hydrocortisone 1% cream.  The Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can reduce the itch and the Hydrocortisone can reduce the inflammation.

Cook's eyes don't get hot, and they automatically blink whenever hot air blows into their faces. A cook also knows not to have his face over a pot when he lifts the lid (avoid hot steam) nor too close to an oven door when he opens it (hot dry air).

Stage fright?: People who are anxious in front of others (such as giving a speech or other performance-type activity) can forget words or lose their place in a planned talk.  Supplements like theanine may help you calm down some, but working with a psychologist might help you more.  Also, low-dose propanolol (your doctor can prescribe) before your talk may help some of your anxiety symptoms.
