Enlarged uterus: One fourth of women have a retroverted uterus. This is a normal variation. The average uterus, measures 3 to 4 inches by 2.5 inches. Yours in larger than this. Causes for enlarged uterus include fibroids (not seen on your study) adenomyosis (thickening of the uterine wall- yours is normal at 6mm) and Cancer (make sure they do a pap smear) Otherwise, enlarged uterus can be a benign finding.

But with no ovulation your periods will be very irregular and, of course, you won't get pregnant. Get advice from a fertility doctor. There is a drug, clomiphene, which may help you ovulate and become pregnant - if this is your desire.
