No: This is what we call a 'normal variant' and is of no consequence unless you need surgery on your aorta (such as in the case of an aneurysm). In this situation, it is important that you tell the vascular surgeon that you have this as the left renal vein can be an important landmark during surgery.

Can also be from ureteral obstruction at bladder level or bladder reflux. In itself not serious.

Renal stone: Renal concretions are kidney stones. They ca be diagnosed on xray, ultrasound (sometimes) and CT scan. If it is a large stone then they may need to remove it by surgery or lithotripsy. If it is small she may pass it on her own. Only if it blocks the outflow of the urine will it cause kidney damage in the future. She needs to always drink plenty of water and avoid calcium supplements.

The vast majority: of the time, this finding represents a benign angiomyolipoma and requires no treatment.  The ultrasound appearance is not diagnostic, but CT or MRI can usually make a definitive confirmation of the diagnosis due to certain unique features of the nodule on those modalities.
