Retin A: There is not complete knowledge about how topical retinoids would impact pregnancy. Thus, some females elect to use oral contraceptives if they are using Retin A.

Sunscreen Important: It is not so much the season that is important.  Be sure and protect your skin with sunscreen as it will be more prone to burn.  The retin a (tretinoin) will unfortunately not resolve the molluscum contagiosum warts, however.   Those will eventually resolve on their own. May take 18 months.

Hopefully : You will observe your skin carefully and if you feel you need to you can reinstitute topical therapy.

Yes: As long as the Retin-A does not irritate your skin, it is alright to use. Remember it will make you skin get a sunburm more easily so me sure to use a sunscreen everyday, which you should do anyway.

Acne: I would recommend that you see a dermatology specialist. They should treat you with low dose antibiotics, a topical antibiotic, and the retin-A. Retin-A is a good thing, it reverses sun damage, but can also cause sunburn easier if not protected. Use a physical sunblock containing zinc or titanium oxide. Don't become discouraged. Also you are old enough to call it Rosacea, not acne as you are adult

i've read that liquid retin a (tretinoin) used to be used on geograpic tongue, is this a safe treatment?

No treatment needed: Geographic tongue does not require treatment.  However if it's causing discomfort, such as a burning sensation, i'd go see your dentist and typically a prescription of mary's magic potion/mouthwash should help!

i had a 30% salicylic acid chemical peel done last tuesday and did not stop using my retin a (tretinoin) prior to the treatment. i got a much deeper peel. help!

That would occur: First stop the Retin A
There is really no curtailing the peel at this point possibly a hydrocort cream would give some comfort. Its important to speak to your doctor asap.

Accepted Answer

All over: Use Retin A (tretinoin) all over your face, every night before bed time. Avoid the creases of the nose and the corners of the mouth (will burn). 
Make sure you use sunblock in the morning, as your skin will be gradually peeling and very sensitive.
