Did your...: ...physician prescribe this combination?  Clonidine is a central-nervous system depressant approved for high blood pressure and ADHD, particularly for impulsive and hyperactive symptoms.  Methylphenidate (Concerta) is a direct-acting CNS stimulant approved for ADHD.  Risperidone (Risperdal) is a second-generation antipsychotic approved for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

i took prozac 20 mg 2 times daily and i have tried with it anafranil teice daily 75 mg with respridal 2 mg ( 1/2 tablet per day) also with no effect , then i took prozac with effexor (venlafaxine) xr with no effect is it not enough???

Prozac/Effexor: Not sure of the dosage of either medication, or if you are still on them. Please clarify.

Reuest : Reuest a consult with an ENT (ear, nose and throat ) specialist. In addition to the trauma you sustained from abusing drugs (perforated septum) you may also be dealing with a type of sleep apnea. A sleep study may be able to help in the diagnosis of your problems.

i take respirdol & celexa (citalopram) for depression and bipolar at night to help me sleep.. but when i don't take it, i stay up for days on end. what's going on?

A number of reasons: When a person is hypomanic or manic they may have significant sleep problems. Risperdal can be sedating and help with sleep. When not taking it-  the sedating effects will not longer be there and the person's bipolar symptoms may not be controlled. Can also have some withdrawal effects whne meds are stopped.

No: Taking caffeine will not change the rate of metabolism or elimination of Haldol (haloperidol).

Work Differently: Each work differently & are sometimes used together for colonoscopy preps. S. Picosulphate is a stimulant that irritates your colon to contract to remove stool. Lactulose is a non-digestable sugar that pulls water into your colon to remove stool. Only take these under dr supervision. S. Picosulphate can lead to dependence. Both can lead to dehydration & electrolyte imbalance if taken improperly.

Second line txmt. for severe behavioral disorders. in children. Used for Schizophrenia parental/depot IM therapy.  Used for Bipolar Disorder. Behavioral disorders in dementias, delirium. Works by blocking Dopamine 2 receptors. Works within 1 wk or takes several wks.
