RLS: More than likely you have restless leg syndrome; urge to move your legs especially at rest, night time causing sleep disturbance, gets better during activity. Primary rls; cause unknown, secondary rls; causes,  iron deffeciency anemia, thyroid problems, varicose veins, vit e and c deffeciency. Treatment; secondary, treat the cause. Primary, medications such as ronipirole helpful.

Depends: Are you napping?  Do you have a problem sitting in a car for long periods with the feeling that your legs want to move by themselves? Possibly you just have a lot on your mind and just have a hard time turning it off to relax.  If it continues you should talk to your doctor.

Relaxing routine.: Retire &amp; rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark &amp; cool &amp; use only for sex &amp; sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs &amp; no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderate sized &amp; finish at least 2 to 3 hrs before sleep. Can try warm milk, Chamomile tea or melatonin along w light reading, warm bath or lavender scent. Take care.

Rls: Restless leg syndrome is a diagnosis of exclusion which means all must be ruled out first. Restless leg is associated with iron deficiency anemia go back to your doctor and have your blood work done

Serious: I'm going to assume you have read up on restless legs and are not just worried about myoclonus, and that your serum ferritin has been checked.   Restless legs syndrome is an under-recognized illness that can cause major health problems by preventing normal sleep.  A host of remedies from sex to stretching to cannabis pergolide to Gabapentin (from my sources, often best) are available.

Could be...: Hard to say.  Could be cramping from dehydration, or some other ailment.  I would see a Dr. to be checked out just to be sure.

YES DOSE STILL LOW!: This is marketed in the usa as Requip or ropinirole and should help with restless leg but you are at a starting amount. Please speak with your physician to express your concerns. May help at higher dose.. Hello to you in wales! yay!

Not usually: Some meds can cause RLS but statins normal don't. Make sure you're not iron deficient. There's a ton of good treatment options for rls. Your doc can help guide you and refer on if needed.

600 mg at night: Studies done used 600 mg but some patient may need more (up to 1,200mg). Remember it may develop tolerance with time.
