Need more info: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining the lesion. It is not likely to be cancer, however, you should discuss it with your doctor at the next opportunity.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have recently been getting small groups of  (clusters are the size of a quarter) round purple bruises. could list be a sign of deficiency?

Purpura: You need to get seen. This is concerning as the first sign of a vasculitis -- anything from sensitivity to a medicine you are taking, to something VERY bad. Congratulations on your powers of observation -- these can be treacherous and this may save your life.

Dermatologist: Any mole that undergoes change in size, shape or color warrants an evaluation by a dermatologist. The purple discoloration may have been caused by leakage of blood from a skin capillary and may fade,away after several days or a week. However if the mole looks different from before, get it checked.

Spider bites?: Unless you saw the spiders in the act - these lesions may not be from spider bites.  Not sure what your question is. If you are worried - would show these lesions to your parents. However, if you remain symptom free- would not fret.

Bruises: Most likely the injury that you got when you fell was deeper than you thought and has just made its way to the skin now. Put ice and take motrin, but I dont it should be a problem.
