so....my period stopped a week or so ago and last night i was masturbating with a hair brush handle and this morning i was bleeding lightly and now i'm bleeding some more and had a little blood clot should i be worried or will this clear up??

MASTURBATION: It sounds as though your bleeding is from injury from the hair brush--see a trusted Gyn if it continues to be a problem.  I would normally advise masturbation with a clean finger--you can reach orgasm just as well.

i noticed a hard lump on my labia in the shower. it was a black hard lump. i thought it might be an ingrown hair or something so i squeezed it and used a sharp tweezer to open it up. it was just blood. clot? i can't get to stop bleeding. help?

: This lesion probably was of vascular nature and this would explain brisk bleeding. Apply cold compresses but proceed to the hospital ER if bleeding persists.

Possible / Likely: Pcos is certainly possible - endometriosis is maybe less likely to be related to the symptoms you list.  You should see your doctor for evaluation for pcos and possible treatment.

: You can get pregnant only when sperms are deposited inside the vagina and not by wiping. Sure way to find out is by taking a pregnancy test

Yes: Do you mean a bleed or clot in or around the brain?  Yes, they can occur without trauma.  Blood thinners, coagulation disorders, strokes, tumors, aneurysms, certain vasculopathies, and vascular malformations can all cause intracranial bleeding without trauma.

Possibly: Wile I have never seen it happen, i'm sure it is possible but not very likely.  If you start having numbness, difficult speaking or trouble using part of your body, go to the er immediately.

Unlikely, but...: It depends how long its been.  And either way, if you are feeling it it is clearly outside of your skull so would not affect your brain (different than a clot on the brain)  many traumas can result in a nodule or lump of scar tissue that u can feel.  These are benign.
