FailedTheSmellTest: And how do you know it's coming from your "back?" And what part of the back? Like, from way low down there in the backside?? I've never smelled concentrated hydrogen peroxide, sorry. I could guess that it's hard to wash certain parts of the back and so maybe a back brush would be in order. Or maybe it's something you're wearing or needs cleaning? Otherwise, let your doctor get his nose involved.

They already dead: Those cells are already dead once they reach superficial layer of the skin.

You don't.: Do not use peroxide in your ears. Use an over the counter ear wax cleaning kit or simple mineral oil. If you have a lot of wax build up see your doctor.

See below: Apply topical antibiotic and keep covered with bandaid or dressing.  Change daily and monitor. If healing is slow or swollen, red or draining see Podiatrist.

Greenish yellow pus: That sounds like a localized infection of the abraded area.  I would use the triple antibiotic treatment 3x day. If you see redness expanding around the site or if you have worsened pain, fever, or other worrisome symptoms then this small wound infection has moved beyond the 'heal it yourself' stage and you will need to show that to a doc. It sounds superficial so that is encouraging at least.

Depends on how much: Depending on how strong the solution was.  Nothing to freak out about but I don't recommend using it.  Don't you hate those annoying stones!

See a dermatologist: Your treatment will not work. Post-inflammatory acne pigmentation   will  improve with tretinoin  cream + hydroquinone. Control of the acne is important. See a skin dr.

Be careful!: I would recommend it;  just a few drops is all you need...Then let sit for a few minutes.  Never stick q-tips in your ears!  if the problem doesn't 'sound' any better then have your doctor examine you; you may need a cerumen flush.

Body position?: Your symptoms almost certainly were the result of body position, especially if you might be dehydrated. Not likely due to the cleaning products.
