Tar?: Do you mean tarter or tar? Staining and tarter can be removed  by scailing  done at the dental office. If the stains are tough to remove, an ultrasonic scaler can be used by the dental hygienist.

Sometimes there is just not enough room in the mouth for the wisdom teeth and it can prevent problems by removing them. As with any tooth extraction there is a risk of bleeding and infection but the risk is low and your dentist will take precautions to avoid these
