: There is moderate interaction between Ativan and Remeron which could cause significant CNS suppression. If you have to take both I would suggest taking Remeron in the morning and Ativan at night.

Yes: Ativan (lorazepam) is a benzodiazepine tranquilizer, and Remeron (mirtazapine) (mirtazepine) is a sedating snri antidepressant.  The combination can lead to excess sedation, especially when taken in high doses.  But in most cases it's tolerated well.

Trust your doc: No problems with this combination of meds 6 mg of ativan/day is a pretty strong dose but he/she knows you--let your doc know how you feel.

so how low is to low for my resting pulse im 22 and on clonzepam inderal (propranolol) and remeron never had this problem until i switched back from ativan to clonzepam i was only on for 15 days my pulse is 71?

71 not too low: 71 is perfectly normal. ( between  60 and 100 is normal range).

No too much sedation: Ativan is a tranquilizer used short term or occasionally for anxiety.
Hydroxyzine is used for itching and can also be used as a tranquilizer.
Both medications cause drowsiness and should not be used together.
An alternative to Hydroxyzine for itching would be an over the counter antihistamine that does not cause sedation such as Claritin (loratadine) or allegra.
