Lots upsets tummy: An ache in the abdomen may originate from the stomach, duodenum, colon, small bowel, liver, pancreas, bile ducts and gallbladder, spleen, kidneys, female organs, the abdominal muscles themselves, hernias, blood vessels that feed the organs.  Sometimes the cause is inflammatory, ischemic, infectious, obstructive, or just muscle spasms.  Talking with your doctor can identify what's the problem area.

Lots of options here: If its something  minor and acute, a little Tums (calcium carbonate) or mylanta goes a long way! avoid dairy products for 12-24 hours may hasten healing process  especially if your coming down with a stomach virus!  chamomile teas are also a good choice and nothing beats grandmas chicken soups  ! with so many causes comes so many treatments! hope yours is nothing serious ! regards!

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. It sounds like all: of you are very frustrated but your doctors shouldn't get angry.  Most migraneurs can be treated successful.  Tricyclclic antidepressants, B-blockers &amp; calcium channel blockers are potential preventive therapies.  Aspirin with caffeine &amp; other OTC's, anti-nausea meds, triptans,magnesium, steroids, extra fluids and ergots can treat migraine after it starts.  Don't give up!  Dr. Anne

Unwise: If you ever get colon cancer in an early stage and refuse treatment, you would be choosing to die of a curable illness. It is certainly your choice but probably not a wise decision.

There really aren't: any "quick fixes."  There are actually hundreds of "remedies," which usually means none of them work. Adequate hydration and treating the symptoms (antacids for upset stomach, or pepto bismol which can both treat and unsettled stomach and reduce vomiting) is usually best. Some people swear by warm Sprite soda, and a Chinese study found it to be somewhat effective. Drink less is the best "cure."

: Anemia can be diagnosed easily with a simple blood test. Clinically, anemia has to be moderate to severe then you can look at the conjunctiva and make the tentative diagnosis but not a confirmed diagnosis. Anemia does not cause stomach upset or pain but stomach pain with gastroduodenal disease can cause anemia.
