Excision: A benign conjunctival cyst that causes associated irritation or is large enough to be bothersome, can be excised under local or topical anesthesia. I do these in my office under an operating microscope, and i generally have to place an absorbable suture to secure the wound.

: An Epididymal cyst is a benign collection of fluid within the epididymus at the back of the testicle. It is typically not treated unless it is very large. It is typically not associated with Epididymitis which is an infection. (STD's, UTI's, Trauma, TB) Not sure what treatment you received for epididymitis (typically antibiotics) but this should not have caused a cyst.

Depends: There are lots of things that can look like a cyst on your shoulder. These include actual cysts of various kinds, certain osteopathic findings (specifically herniated trigger points), muscle strains/pulls, swollen lymph nodes, tumors and other masses, abscesses, etc. Each of these has its own treatment. You need to get it looked at and diagnosed, then you can get it properly treated.

:  Capittonage is the surgical closure of a cyst cavity. Omentoplasty or external drainage are other surgical options for treatment of hydatid cysts. Hydatid disease of the liver  is caused by a echinococcus tapeworm.

Please see a doctor: If the cyst is very large and causes a lot of pain, your doctor may use the following treatments: 
your doctor may inject a corticosteroid medication, but it doesn't always prevent recurrence of the cyst.
Your doctor may drain the fluid from the knee joint using a needle. 
Cold compression wrap and crutches may help reduce pain and swelling. Gentle range-of-motion and strengthening exercises.

"Atypical"?: There are treatments that work, and treatments that don't. For cystic acne, especially if you're not a female who might be cleared with spironolactone or the birth control pill, Isotretinoin is by far your best option if you're willing to brave it.
