Need eval: He should go to see a doctor and to check his inr. If his inr is high then blood thinner should be adjusted- perhaps it needs to be held and dose should be lowered etc. Also, importantly, his ear has to be examined to make sure there is no trauma etc.

Unlikely the issue: Yellow pus is usually a sign of a bacterial process, not one caused by fungi.Bleeding is a non specific sign of irritation and inflammation by any agent.

Ear lumps: These lumps may be inclusion cysts, wens, or ingrown hairs. A physician would have to inspect them in order to make a diagnosis and advise you.

Rash on head: There are several conditions that can cause a rash or skin peeling on  the head. If it is localized over a specific area it could be due to psoriasis. If it is associated with hair loss it could be due to fungus. If it is widespread it could be due to seborrheic dermatitis.  It is useful to use shampoos such as head and shoulders, Nizoral (ketoconazole) and tar shampoos.  Topical steroids can also help.  See MD

Depends: Your ear can bleed due to injury such as a scratch. It can also bleed due to injury to the ear drum. Chronic infection can also produce very fragile tissue that can bleed.

?? conditions ??: If you were cleaning your ears with a q-tip or other object you could scratch the canal lining and get a bleed. If it followed pain in the ear it could be an ear drum rupture from a rapidly progressing ear infection. If neither are true i can't think of another cause.A trip to your pcp during regular hours should sort it out.
