Allergies?: If you have had these symptoms for a year, it's likely not an infection but more likely an allergy.  Sometimes people with allergies have nasal polyps which can cause constant congestion.  See your doctor, you may need referral to an ENT or Allergist.  Good luck!

: These  symptoms are not typical of Covid, and are  most probably related to another cold or sinus infection.  After ten days, Covid symptoms usually get better or worse.  Since  your symptoms persist, make another appointment with your doctor soon for re-evaluation and check-up.

Depends: The  earache associated w sinus congestion can  las as long as the sinus congestion is present- you may not always feel the sinus pressure but you could have persistent  infection of the sinuses or  just congestion - this can keep pressure on the ears and cause earache to stay.

They may be related in that the cause of the paranasal sinus infection (assuming it is not nasal allergy) and the middle ear may be infected by the same virus.  98% of upper respiratory infections are viral and no antibiotic is indicated for a minimum of a week and a maximum of 10 days.

Eustachian tube: Decongestants like sudafed are a good way to alleviate the problem. Sometimes a mucous thinner called Guaifenesin can be of additional help. This can be purchased over the counter. If you still are having difficulties, you need to see an ENT doctor for other medical options. You may need a hearing test, as well.
