Needs exam: There are lots of things that could cause bumps, lumps and blisters on the genitals. I encourage you to schedule a visit for an exam and testing to determine the cause. Then the doc can tell you the treatment. What you are describing is concerning for an infection such as  genital herpes, yeast or others.

Itching: Check yourself to see if there are skin changes that could indicate conditions like a yeast infection or a skin disorder like lichen sclerosus which causes intense itching. If no apparent skin abnormalities, try applying a cortisone type ointment. If no improvement or if there are skin abnormalities, see your gynecologist for evaluation.

Well i don' recommen: popping things as that is frequently how people get superinfections. I don;t know if it was a plugged follicle or cyst. See gynecologist or dermatologist for a diagnosis if it doesn't go away

Not necessarily...: It could be a yeast infection, especially if it is itchy. This is not considered an STD since it could even happen in people who have not had sex before. However, two things: You could get a yeast infection with sexual intercourse, and you could also be having another infection which could be an STD. Make sure you go to your appointment for testing and final diagnosis.

i have hurt my clitoris with a new vibrator. it's not sore at rest, only when i sit in certain ways or underwear touches it. will this go away? it's not red or swollen from what i can see. have been using lidocaine 2% and not offering any relief?

Penis swelling: If wearing condoms, you may be allergic to spermacide in condom. Also some vaginal lubricating jellies can cause irritation.  If the swelling persists you may want to see a urologist for examination.

Was there inadequate: Lubrication? An overly tight fit? Overly aggressive sex? Do you have a yeast infection or other infection?

Not really: Sex that is too long, too hard, too dry, penis too big, vagina too small, poor foreplay, lack of lubrication and many other things can cause labial swelling. Call your doctor and have an exam. Infections can also cause swelling. Call your doc!
