Usually not: Completely different organ systems.  It is conceivable that salmonella sepsis could potentially cause damage, but the sespsis would have been a critically ill, likely spent time in intensive care sort of infection, not just a simple food poisoning.

No: If act of oral sex (fellatio) was consensual (aka: you were not forced to perform it), then it is a normal healthy sexual technique.  In addition, the average male's ejaculate only contains about 5-25 calories, depending on his age and amount ejaculated. I just want to insure ur partner has no STIs. Are u both monogamous / tested?  Men and women can have STIs without having symptoms. Take care!

Low sperm does not cause sexual problems other then not being able to have a baby. That may cause relationship problems.

Men who have low sperm count may have issues with low testosterone which can cause sexual problems. This is a correlation, not a direct effect.

Check sperm count: The best test (only test actually) for a man trying to conceive is an actual sperm count. He should go to a urologist for the test.
