It doesn't: This is a matter of what came first. Low sperm does not cause sexual problems other then not being able to have a baby. That may cause relationship problems. Men who have low sperm count may have issues with low testosterone which can cause sexual problems. This is a correlation, not a direct effect.

Doesnt: in general, a low sperm count has nothing to do with sexual function. I would recommend you be evaluated by a urologist to determine your pituitary function and have a thorough evaluation
