Yes: Women need to be relaxed to enjoy sex. If you are worried about anything it is difficult to relax. Breast pain also makes it difficult to enjoy sex. If you are taking hormones see your doctor- you may need a dosage adjustment.

Recurrent boils: You may have staph bacteria colonizing your skin with periodic invasiveness causing abscesses(boils). When these infections keep recurring I find that a prolonged course of a potent antistaphyllococcal antibiotic is needed to eradicate them. Not certain cancer.: The left and right sides of our bodies are never perfectly symmetrical so the fact that the breasts are not mirror images of each other is not concerning. However, if you're saying that one of your breasts looks different than it usually would look, then you would really need an investigation including an exam and mammogram at least.

Highly unlikely: This sounds more like a small infection or abscess and the white center is most likely pus coming to a head.  This responds best to incision and drainage, which can be done by your doctor.  Also, apply warm compresses for 15-20 mintues 4 times a day or more.

Breast pain: Unlikely breast cancer, sounds more like an inflammatory cause. Please see your doctor and get proper evaluation with labs and possibly mammogram or ultrasound if there are abnormal findings on your exams.
