Back and hip pain: Normal daily activity is generally best for the back pain.  Avoid sudden heavy lifting.  Consider physical therapy for a tailor made exercise program. For the hip bursitis, try OTC ibuprofen of tolerated.  Avoid lying on that side, especially during sleep. Try ice packs to decrease pain and inflammation. Corticosteroid injection into the hip may help if other methods don’t.

See below : Lumbar spondylysis just essentially refers to the development of degernerstive changes within the spine.  A herniated disc is a condition in which a part of the inner portion of the disc has displaced out through the outer portion of the disc into the nerve canal.  Don't hesitate to discuss with your doctor.  It is sometimes easier to understand by looking at the MRI images themselves.

They are unrelated: Cervical and lumbar spondylosis is the description for the natural aging process of the spine in the neck and back respectively revealing degenerative changes on imaging studies and has no bearing on hemidystonia which arises from other usually non spinal etiologies.  Having these age related changes in the spine usually results in no symptoms.

Hard to say: Lumbar spondylosis is another way to say you have developed some degenerative changes in your spine.  This can certainly potentially cause back and leg pain, but is somewhat of a non specific diagnosis.  If pain persists, a detailed exam and appropriate studies can usually pinpoint the cause.
