Yes: This is an eye lubricant and can help keep the eye moisturized throughout the day.  If you are requiring daily usage, you may also consider using gel at night time.

Artificial tears: and lubricating drops are safe to use frequently. If you are going to be using them more than about 4 times a day, you might want to try the preservative free kind. Otherwise just avoid redness relievers. Take care.

No problems: This is an effective but benign eyedrop.  It is a good long-lasting lubricant and contains no products which can decay or cause allergic reaction.  So you may apply it as often as you need to.

Time &amp; sleeping: Time zone changes effect travelers because of adjusting to a different time for waking, sleeping, working  If you sleep 8 hours (480 minutes, you sleep 480 minutes, even though the time zone changes &amp; it appears to be less). i had prk surgery on april 13...when i use refresh plus my vision becomes much sharper for about 10 seconds then goes back to blurry or less sharp... how long does this blurriness usually last?... i know prk has a long recovery time but its annoying?

: This question is best answered by the operating ophthalmologist who knows exactly how much reshaping of your cornea was done, what the eye looked like on your postop checkup and what eye drops were prescribed. I do know that full healing may take months.

yes: Refresh is what i call a syrupy tear which coats the eye and lasts longer than most other tears.  There are some alternatives but this is one of the best if you have eye dryness.

Stages3&4: The stages that provide the deepest and most restful sleep are stages 3 and 4. Over the counter sleep aides interfere with these stages of sleep so you might sleep 8 hours but wake up tired because you missed stages3& 4.

None: This is a good lubricating drops for the eyes designed for comfort and effectivness for this with a dryness problem of the eyes.  There is no toxicity or allergic potential so use them as long as they make the eyes feel better.
