Could be CRP: Complex regional pain syndrome (aka reflex sympathetic dystrophy) can result from repeated injuries to the same place, especially an extremity.  When it comes on , even a feather light touch can be painful.  But if there is no history of injury this is not likely.

The newer: anesthetic agents are short acting and most gastroenterologists are now using such ("general") anesthesia making colonoscopy a PAINLESS EVENT!

i need probably two root canals and i have to have them under general anasthesia, because of my sensitivity to pain and my intense dental phobia. i have to wait possibly a year to save up and afford it. will this cause health issues? :?

Probably: The need for immediate necessary dental care will not wait until your finances are in order. If you need root canal therapy it indicates the nerves in the teeth have died or are dying, causing abscesses to form in your bone. A chronic abscess will be releasing toxins and bacteria into your bloodstream. If they intensify, you'll need immediate tx or extraction. Discuss financing with your provider.

Ability to disting-: Uish an image or object from its surrounding space is the contrast sensitivity.  It is typically not measured in routine exam.  Contrast sensitivity is affected by type of correction.  There is a loss of contrast sensitivity at all stages of glaucoma.  Some feel that the earliest loss occurs in the blue yellow spectrum.  Multifocal lenses can also result in loss of contrast sensitivity.
