Try calamine and/or: Hydrocortisone cream, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) tabs for severe itching, if it becomes redder and pussy, add neosporin to prevent infection. Go see your dr if it worsens. Take care!

Most likely a pimple: if it is small and a bump, but if it is the entire nose other things are possible.  Try applying warm compresses as often as you can think to do it, and if it doesn't improve then you will need to be seen.

Try :  topical salicylic acid or, benzoyl peroxide. You should see results with these treatment options.

Ringworm infection: Ringworm infection is caused by fungus and rarely causes blisters. If you did not get seen i strongly recommend for u to see ur doctor for an accurate diagnoses. If it is fungal infection and tinactin (tolnaftate) did not help you may need to take a prescription medicine by mouth.

3 weeks of hard yellow crust on penis head w/ redness/inflammation. azithromycin (1g) and clotrimazole (2x/day for 10 days) did not work. advice?

Balanitis: Usually in cases like these we treat for infection of the skin with candida (yeast) and also staph/strep bacteria. Prescription nystatin and also an antibiotic like Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) or Keflex. You have been on the wrong medication so far.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you, however, you may try elevating your feet and legs at night to help in draining the fluid, if it is due to fluid under the skin. Exercise may help too.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Too general.: There are so many causes of redness or inflammation that we cannot possibly give you an intelligent answer without more information. If the rash is sudden or widespread, you should see a dermatologist and get a definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Need more info: 1) Duration of symptoms?  Chronic? Constant or intermittent?
2)  Any fever, chills, blistering, itching, flaking, pustules or deformity of the nose?
3) Worse after drinking alcohol? How much do you drink?
4) Tried topical metronidazole, clincamycin, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid or other acne treatments?
5)  Does it help to avoid alcohol or certain foods?

Molluscm: It can take several weeks to months for the molluscum to clear up. The tretinion can cause your skin to become red
