i have some tiny bumps on and around my elbow, theyre red and raised. they almost look like warts but i just noticed that they all popped up at once the other day. ?

Exam needed: A physician or dermatologist would have to examine this eruption in order to make a diagnosis. The bumps could be a reaction to something that came in contact with your elbow. Other possibilities include psoriasis or atopic dermatitis which is similar to eczema. For now observe for any other outbreaks and apply a corticosteroid type ointment.

Irritated lesions: you can do warm compresses 2-3 times a day and dry area and apply antibiotic cream. Consider visiting a local physician to confirm and prescribe oral antibiotics or incision and drainage if necessary.

Mucosal warts: Warts do occur on mucosal surfaces like the lip. And one of the changes that the virus induces is a change in the blood vessels, so it could be red. More often the epithelial changes predominate however and it appears a bit whiter than the surrounds. Still if it persists you should have it seen as there are other things that can cause red raised bumps too.

i have a yeast infection and now my right inner labia minor is red and burning/itching. dont see any blisters/warts/cuts but feels rough and irritated. its bumpy but like the bumps all over vaginal opening just more red. what is this?

Yeast infection: if you are self treating with yeast medication and still wondering why it is not better then please see a physician for an exam. It could be yeast infection but possibility of folliculitis or  herpes also exist.

Mollusca?: Probably mollusca contagiosum, a common skin wart variant seen in many small children frequently.  Benign and unnecessary to treat unless they become infected. I've included a picture with the typical appearance of mollusca.

: You should see a dermatologist to see if an alternative treatment may be needed. It may need to be removed and sent to pathology. The location of the lesion may also contribute to non-healing-if it is constantly being rubbed or irritated by clothing, for example, it may not heal well.
