Different causes: These spots (depending on what they look like) could be caused by multiple different problems. It could be a sign of dermatitis or vasculitis but most likely is just the hair follicles. I would recommend having a physician check them out.

Go to see GP: You need to see your gp to get checked. Sounds like it could be enlargement of the lymph nodes on the groin that you described on your question. It could be caused by infection, inflammation, trauma etc from the adjacent area like  on the legs, genitalia area etc vs other things like autoimmune  etc. Go to see your gp for further eval.

Rash: If the rash developed after you switched detergents it could be allergy. If it was prior then will need a picture to start to evaluate.

i have white scab like things under hair follicles on my inner thighs. this area used to have red spots on the hair follicles which are now white. they used to be itchy and cause a burning sensation. what can the white scabs be?

Keratosis pilaris: More often seen in children but also possible in adults, hair follicles can respond to chronic inflammation from conditions like eczema by producing excess keratin.  This produces a white, rough substance over each follicle that improves with treatment of the underlying irritation.  In some situations, salicylic acid-based scrubs are helpful as well.

This is one possible explanation.

Many things: There are different types of rashes, and it's hard to know how "three red spots" actually appears. It could be bug bites. Or it could be an allergic reaction to something you touched. Or it could be a condition known as eczema can appear as red, itchy, dry patches. Or something else. Hard to know without seeing it and knowing more history. Best to see a doctor who can evaluate more thoroughly.
