Contact allergies: It is possible that you could have urticaria or even a contact dermatitis from tree pollen.  Not everyone reacts with the typical sneezing and itchy eyes.

See your doc: this could be a rash, dermatitis, psoriasis or many other skin problems.  Go get it diagnosed.

Sounds like: exercise induced urticaria, but consult with your doctor to be sure it is nothing more serious.

i have five quarter sized red spots on five different parts of me to include ankle, forearm, left thigh, and back(2). they itch, benadryl (diphenhydramine) helps. not sure if a bite or hive?

Allergic either way: Itch means histamine reaction and that can occur from hives or from bites. Usually people remember if they got several bites...Bites tend to stay in the same location and it is typical for hives to come and go and be worse with heat. Glad Benadryl (diphenhydramine) helps.. If the rash gets worse and is spreading then be seen. If it goes away then no worries...Your body handled it.

The only way to get: An accurate diagnosis is through in person evaluation. Recommend that you make an appointment to see your dermatologist. Are you aware of how much tanning beds increase your risk for skin cancer?

Skin: Consider common condition called atopic dermatitis or eczema. W/o seeing skin can't tell. Consult physician but in meantime use good moisturizer, non prescrition and safe- cerave cream available at most pharmacies. Dermatologist recommended. Use twice day.

Many things: A common condition is keratosis pilaris (kp).  Small reddish bumps appear on the back of the arms and sometimes the front of the thighs.  It is very common and not dangerous.  If you are unsure, please see a dermatologist.
