i keep getting these dry, red spots on my nipples. what could they be? sometimes they itch really bad. they are really sensitive. it's on both nipples

Why?: Ask yourself what touches the nipples.  If it is jewelry, you could be sensitive to nickel in the alloy.  If it is due to a dryer sheet or detergent, take a bit of the sheet or fabric  or jewelry and place it on the forearm and cover for 72 hours.  If it is a contact allergy you will have a rash by then.  If it is positive, avoidance is  required.  Topical cortisone helps in the short term.

Need more info.: Are these red spots raised or flat? Large or small? Singular or confluent?  New or old? Recurrent, or is this the first time? Have you traveled recently?  Unfortunately, it would be difficult to hazard a guess without more information. A consultation with a photograph of the spots would be an excellent idea

Possible yeast: The area you describe often stays moist from general sweating and occulsion from your bra, which is a great enviroment for fungal infection, Candia or tinea versicolor or the same fungus that causes athlete's foot.  Alternatively, mild inflammation  from chronic friction from clothing can result in post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.  Try an antifungal cream like clotrimazole.

i have 3 isolated red spots on my body, it appears to be petechea. one the neck, one on the chest and other on the lower stomach. they are tiny and slightly bumpy. should i be worried? , should i watch for now ?

Possible shingles: Based on little info, i would be concerned about shingles. You would get painful patches of red blisters generally on just one side of your body. I'd suggest going to see your doctor soon.

Depends on dx: The treatment or "fix" depends on the dx, for example if they are tiny fungal rashes, then an anti-fungal cream would help, etc.  Rashes cannot really be DX over the computer, so it best for you to see a dr. For an evaluation of the area. Best wishes.

This could be: a common "heat rash"

Are you exposed to warm temperatures when the rash appears??

One of the symptoms: Of dysautonomia. The autonomic nervous system dilates and constricts arterioles in the skin. Yours is unstable and since emotions are initiated by that part of the brain there is a vascular relationhip. Dysautonomia can be inherited but the commonest cause is poor diet, particularly the sugary "junk" food and beverages.
