Rash: The most common things would be bacterial or fungus infection. Bacteria cause a red tender warm site. Fungus cause red dry itchy spot that may spread outward. There are a few other possibilities so you should get it checked by a doctor to get the right treatment.

i got stung by red wasp earlier today on my hand shortly after my hand was swollen then later up to my elbow iit seems to be easing a bit but i noticed a somewhat line under arm almost to the pit with blotchy red spots is this normal?

: It is definitely a reaction to the wasp sting. If there is no fever, it likely is not infected but if you notice any pus, call your doctor. If it is starting to get better, it will likely take a few days forthe swelling to go down and the redness to fade. If it begins to worsen, see your doctor. Best of luck to you!

Psoriasis: Stay away from any harsh things on the skin. Topical Hydrocortisone may help as well as some sun exposure. Many times psoriasis will require prescription medications if you have already been diagnosed with it by your doctor.

The only way to get: An accurate diagnosis is through in person evaluation. Recommend that you make an appointment to see your dermatologist. Are you aware of how much tanning beds increase your risk for skin cancer?

Skin: Consider common condition called atopic dermatitis or eczema. W/o seeing skin can't tell. Consult physician but in meantime use good moisturizer, non prescrition and safe- cerave cream available at most pharmacies. Dermatologist recommended. Use twice day.

Many things: A common condition is keratosis pilaris (kp).  Small reddish bumps appear on the back of the arms and sometimes the front of the thighs.  It is very common and not dangerous.  If you are unsure, please see a dermatologist.

Friction burn.: Could certainly be an area of irritation related to the strap, either from direct friction burning or from compression of the hair follicles in the skin 6folliculitis).  Start with warm soaks to the area.
