Possibilities: There is a possibility that it can be a sexualy transmitted disease but another possibility is pearly papules (photos can be seen using search engine - i.e. google images).  These are benign not contagious and common so possibly nothing to worry about. If there is any question as to the cause see your MD.

: Try changing your laundry detergent, wear a loose underwear and apply cortisone OTC cream. If it does not get better pl see a Urologist or dermatologist. I hope that helps you

Could be rosacea: If they are not going away and look like pimples this could be rosacea, a chronic skin condition that appears like red spots or bumps. You could also have small hemangiomas or cherry angiomas. These are little red "birthmarks" that are cosmetic in nature. I would recommed seeing a dermatologist to help you.

Acne or other: Red spots due to small blood vessels under the skin are usually treated with a laser.  Red spots due to inflammation may represent rosacea and is treated with topicalmedicines.  It is impossible to know without seeing the spots as many other conditions are possible.  Hope this helps.
