While I am not: a physician who care for things on the face, a small hardish &gt; white ball that is "squeezed out" from the skin or subcutaneous tissue can represent an epidermal inclusion cyst which are common in the face and extremities and trunk or a similar. If yo have had a skin procedure speak to your practicioner

I : I agree and typically find chemical peels too harsh for rosacea patients.  Avoiding triggers, preventive treatment with medications, and consideration of a v-beam laser treatment are often beneficial.

ankles and calves have brownish freckle like discoloration. on occasion i will also get large o shaped or c shaped spots along with swelling. the red spots are hot to touch and sometimes the skin will become flakey or peel when the spots begin to go away.

You may have: a condition known as "Venous Stasis Dermatitis" Have you had many children??? Do your legs swell???? You need to check this out...first with your PCP (Primary Care Provider)

There are many: questions:
first your age, second recent history of fever, illness, any history of contact with allergens, and of course see what the rash actually looks like. My suggestion is that if your rash does not clear in 2 weeks i would see a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. There are many things you may have but most likely if rash resolves it is related to virus or contact. Hope that helps
