Possible: Vitrectomy and glaucoma may have an association.  It is suspected that glaucoma occurs more often in patients who have had vitrectomy and subsequent cataract surgery.  An ongoing clinical trial is aimed to answer this question with more clarity. One : One fourth of all shingles (caused by the reactivation of the chicken pox virus varicella zoster) infections can affect the eye area.  The mainstay of treatment is starting antiviral medications within 72 hours of the start of infection which it sounds like you have done - that's great!  if the symptoms are worsening or if you feel like your vision is being affected, you should either give your doctor a call or go see an ophthalmologist (eye doctor) for an evaluation right away.  There are different additional treatments that can help besides the valacyclovir if the actual eye becomes involved.

There is a 15% possibility of transferring chicken pox to your infant son.  The ope lesions contain the virus, but once they crust over, you are no longer contagious.  Shingles is much less communicable than chicken pox.  Good hand washing is key!  other good news is that your breastmilk is also going to be somewhat protective for your son with anti-varicella antibodies, so keep breast feeding!  some doctors will also recommend the use of vzig (injectable antibodies against varicella virus) and immunization for older infants (9 mos or older).  You may want to give your son's doctor a call and see what they recommend.

Valacyclovir is a category b drug for pregnancy (b = safe), and is ok to use while breastfeeding, too. (see link below)  since your lesions are on your face/ near your eye, you should not stop this medication.

Floaters: It depends on what condition you have.  Most of the time this occurs as you age.  The vitrous in your eye shrinks and can sometimes detach from the retina.  If the back part of the vitrous falls into your line of sight you may see spots or even spider webs

Entoptic : Entoptic events are the result of internal factors causing the sensation that there is an object or image.  Examples are phosphenes or flashes that occur when the vitreous is pulled  on.  Colorful dots are sometimes seen in the visual field against a hazy background.  These can occur because stimuli other than photons can trigger the photoreceptor cells or other cells en route to the optic nerve.

Facial redness?: See your primary doctor or a dermatologist, who should be able to ask you detailed questions and examine you to help diagnose and prescribe the best treatment to help improve or resolve the signs and symptoms you are describing. Topical cream and/or laser or light treatment(s) as well as behavioral/ dietary modification may be part of your treatment plan.

No way to know: Without being able to visualize this and obtain further history any comment would be nothing but a guess. You need to show this to a doctor and be diagnosed and treated appropriately.

2 weeks ago i noticed a red spot with a lump on my left breast .feels warm since then the redness has went away but the small lump  hasnt.

Small lump: As described, it sounds like you had a localized abscess or type of localized infection (with the redness, palpable lump, and warmth).  Since the lump is still there, you need to have it evaluated to be safe to assure it does not need antibiotics or to assure it is not something more serious. Best wishes.
