Pungent pain?: It sounds like you irritated the tip if your penis somehow and that it is healing.   If it does not continue to get better, see your doctor.

Drink more fluids: Apparently you do not have an infection or a stone in the urinary tract.It may be concentrated urine and you should drink more fluids and that should help.

Cystitis: Apparently some sort of non-infectious cystitis, e.g. interstial or hemorrhagic cystitis, assuming you have been tested for UTI with negative results. Certain drugs can do this, e.g. anti-depressants, NSAIDs (ibuprofen etc), and others, but many cases have no obvious cause. Presumably you have seen a urologist. If not, you should do so now. Bring a list of all drugs you are taking.

std pcr urine test negative, but have redness around penis pee hole.. and some times slight discomfort after urinating.. seems sweat irritates it more as well.. any ideas ? my urologist isn't sure , what stds could cause this so i can try to rule out?

is it possible to have ana-negative sle? my ana/ra came back negative & all blood & urine results were normal. i did have a maculopapular like rash on my chest & butterfly redness on face. flu like symptoms at times with fever. ana done 2 weeks ago.
