my friend has about 5 canker sores on & around her tongue about 2 weeks after oral sex. also small red bumps on roof of mouth. could it be related?

Sounds like: it could be a Herpes virus infection..... would suggest your "friend" have an "intimate" conversation with her PCP about these "cankers"!  There is medication for such lesions!

Red spots tongue, so: Can be allergy (is it worse after eating  something?) or strep or autoimmune manifestation. With red painless spots we also consider low platelets so would follow up with doctor or the ER today.

severe sore throat,congestion, head/ear ache. no white patches or bumps in throat . throat is red/orange shade from roof of mouth back. no sores. swollen glands around throat area. no fever. symptoms on going for 8 days. suggestions?

: You might try some baking soda and warm salt water gargles.  Drink a lot of fluids, stay hydrated.  Get plenty of rest, and don’t smoke, if you do.  If you don’t gain any relief, seek medical attention.

Depends: Treatment depends on the cause and I regret that it is not feasible to discern the cause without examining you. Did you burn/scald the roof of your mouth? You may wish to wait it out. If it is not better in a couple of  weeks, please consult a doctor in-person.

there on my torus palatinus. theres 6- or 7 of them they have just pooped up in the last week cause i check my mouth weekly.. there small and i have no pain from them. one has redness around it

white spots on tounge redness in roof of mouth. dr thought thrush went backnow i have a 100.8 fever there doing swabs for bacteria , fungal.. but didn't do a hiv test should i request it? last sexual encounter was june 3rd?

: These symptoms are not especially concerning for HIV; there are plenty of other possible causes. But anyone who may have been at risk should be tested for it. Better safe than sorry.

Oral sex: It likely is caused by bruising from vigorous activity but you could check with your doctor to rule out sdts. You could also have a latex allergy if condoms are used.

Red soreness : There are a dozen reasons for your symptoms and only a dr can diagnose that with his own eyes!  is it possible you burned your mouth with hot pizza,  etc?  You could rinse and gargle with regular 3% hydrogen peroxide until you can get in to see the dr.

Oral petechiae: this could be "petechiae" which are microscopic areas of bleeding. Petechiae are usually caused by trauma, infection, bleeding abnormalities, and often get better on their own within a few weeks without treatment. If it doesn't resolve on its own then you may want to see a doctor.
