Incorrect diagnosis?: It could be external manifestation of a systemic disease and not necesseraly a skin disease per se. Get a second opinion.

Rarely: There are localized forms of scleroderma although these are rare.  A dermatologist should be able to tell you for certain.

Unclear: It is hard to say what could be causing your skin problem without seeing the problem. You should see you physician to be examined as soon as possible.

irritable pink/redness round the eyes (mostly eyelids).  worse after exercise/sweating.  also after alcohol they get much worse.  causes dry/dead skin?

Stop the alcohol: You may be allergic to something that is touching your eyelids (new nail polish, perfume, makeup) if your family or you has a history of hayfever, asthma, allergies or ezcema-it could be ezcema. You need to see a dermatologist. Until then stop all makeup, nailpolish, perfume. An otc jydrocortisone ointment 1% may help till then.

i have red patches on my skin but not sure what are they. they used to be itchy and leave dark marks on my skin as they heal. they are round in shape ?

Eczema?: I wonder if you have numular eczema or atopic dermatitis followed by what we call post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.  A picture says a thousand words.

Ringworm: What you described is consistent with ringworm infection. Try an over the counter medication for ringworm. If that does not help, it would be time to see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

my baby is 11 weeks old. i found a red  mark behind her ear few weeks after birth. this has grown into a red round mark. under the skin. is this maybe a birth mark. its alot bigger. started as a little mark.  ?

Strawberry birthmark: It is a strawberry mark. They are caused by a bunch of capillaries- small blood vessels that grow together. They start out bright red and flat and grow for the first year of life  then shrink on their own and fade to skin color.

Rash: Rashes are impossible to diagnosis without looking at them.  See your doctor for evaluation.

See derm: many reasons, from pityriasis rosea, to eczema, contact dermatitis. So see your derm for definitive diagnosis
