It depends : Rash is a descriptive term rather than a diagnosis. It can be caused by many things.  It would be best that you see your doctor to make the right diagnosis or refer you to a dermatologist. Treatment depends on underlying cause.

Rash on Thigh: A rash on your thigh can have a variety of causes, and it may indicate something occurring around the thigh itself or suggest a systemic (body-wide) condition. Causes include: contact dermatitis, allergies, eczema, psoriasis, infections like yeast or bacteria, chaffing of the skin, medications, detergents, lotions and others.

i have a rash on my right leg ive had it for like a month now it has small red dots on it might be chigger bites from when i was outside. is there anything i can put on it to make it go away or do anything?

: Itchy insect bites can be very irritating. Try using hydrocortisone cream (available at any pharmacy). Depending on the size of the rash, you can also apply the cream or ointment then cover with a bandage (keeps it from rubbing against anything and restarting the itch) If the rash does not resolve within 2 months, see your primary care Dr for evaluation and next steps.

Could be minor...: Dermatology is all about appearance. I am guessing it is an erythematous papule ("red bumpy"), which honestly could be an insect bite, or contact dermatitis, both of which are common. However you mention pregnancy; there is a condition called PUPPP: Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy, which are terribly itchy red bumps! See what the dermatologist thinks!

Fungal infection: Candidal ( fungal) rash.
Metronidazole or Nystatin topical (over the conter).

Leg pain/redness: You should see a doctor as soon as you can to make sure you don't have cellulitis which would require antibiotic treatment.  It's also possible you had an insect bite with resultant redness. Regardless , get checked soon!

Infection/blood clot: blood clots commonly form in calves and they can cause tenderness, and redness from infection in the underlying tissue.  difficult to diagnose without exam.  could also be  an infection in the subqtaneous (fat) tissue under the skin.  either way it sound like it needs to be examined by your physician as soon as possible
