i work up this morning with a very itchy very red rash on my back and hips.  they are just raided red bumps,  any clue on what it may be?

? Hives: These sound like urticaria(hives) or another allergic type rash. I don't think multiple insect bites are the problem. Hives will disappear in a day  but may reappear , where an allergic dermatitis is more longlasting. Try to think what could have caused this allergic reaction. In the meantime take benadryl(can cause drowsiness) or claritin (loratadine). Consult your md for other evaluation.

Likely not dangerous: There are many potential answers but it is unlikely to be dangerous.  Consult your doctor who may refer you to a dermatologist.

Tinea versicolor: Tinea versicolor is caused by a yeast. Treatments are aimed at killing the yeast, which occurs in as little as 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, if there is skin discoloration, which is often the case, it may take several months for the skin to return to its normal color.

Rash or not?: You said that you have a bumpy rash on your back.  If i read your question correctly, you are having itching on your knees and chest but no rash.  This could be a sign of eczema, dry skin, contact dermatitis or even another medical illness altogether (like thyroid disease).  I would suggest you see your doctor.  In the meantime, a topical antihistamine cream or steroid cream may help.

Many possibilities: Rashes can be hard to figure out without looking at them. A rash can happen sometimes if a person's body is reacting to a germ causing viral or bacterial symptoms. Allergy to any of a variety of substances can create rashes. Little blisters can be viral, bacterial, or contact dermatitis. A tender rash of tiny blisters or bumps in one section of an adult's body may be SHINGLES. Doctor can check.

i got this big red rash on my breasts back in march, showed it to my doctor and then ive been using fungus cream to get rid of it,most of it is gone now, have a mammagram for the end of this month, could that be breast cancer? or is it just a fungus?

: Breast rash on both sides can be secondary to a skin fungus, but also may represent delayed sensitivity to detergent soap (Tide in particular). Try adding an extra rinse cycle to undergarments, and bed sheets.  Compression of breasts accentuate perspiration, aggravating potential detergent reactions, even if you used the same detergent for many years.

Many possibilities: From just the basic description you provide it is not possible to give you a solid diagnosis.  Anything from a contact dermatitis to a drug reaction along with many others are possible. I would recommend you have this evaluated.
