Couple possibilites: Searing and burning pain in the feet can be nerve pathology (neuropathy, nerve damage, nerve entrapment).  It could also be a dermatologic condition (athlete's foot, dermatitis, etc.)  See a podiatrist for an evaluation.

Hot Weather Rashes: Heat can cause friction and sweating, both of which can lead to rashes, especially in folds.  See your dermatologist for a correct diagnosis and the appropriate treatment.

Cold intolerance: Could it be that at work you're in a hot environment or that your body temperature rises from physical activity? If this is so, when you enter a cooler environment at home, you feel the difference for awhile. Cold feet means your body is shunting heat away from your extremities into the core of your body. People with anemia or underactive thyroid have cold intolerance.

Vein: Varicose veins or incompetent venous valves in the leg can definitely cause those symptoms. A vascular surgeon could evaluate and advise you. In the meantime try wearing support stockings.

Need to be seen : first to find a cause for your edema 'water retention' , then look for a treatment. Although salt retention is a common cause, there are causes too, can be your heart, kidneys, liver, or may be your thyroid, etc.. Better see your doctor for evaluation, good luck

Numbness : Check with your physician, there could be multiple possibilities, from diabetes, vitamin deficiencies, autoimmune considerations, spinal cord demyelinating disorder vs multiple sclerosis or syringomyelia (rare spinal condition). Spinal Stenosis: Neuropathies can occur in anyone, not just diabetics.  Spinal Stenosis, as well as nerve irritation and impingement in the medial ankle, called tarsal tunnel syndrome, and demyelination of the peripheral nerves can occur.
