Lump mastitis: For your age any signs of infection you should see your GYn or F/d asap especially with lumpy breasts and if confirm infection it should be treated with antibiotics for a coarse and follow up mandatory as if unresponsive  it can be serious to rule out remote possibility of inflammatory breast tumor although it is very rare but not impossible. Good luck and see your doctor now

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. What you described is not a sign of cancer, but you should still see your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

had a mammogram for breast lump, have to see breast oncologist, no diagnosis and have red pinpoint dots on legs. what would cause this?

Hmmm: Frankly, without more info and not being able to see you, I can't tell if the breast mass and the lesions in the legs relate.  I doubt it but make sure you see the oncologist when scheduled and ask him/her to take a look at those spots.  Best to you.

Maybe: It is possible but there are other conditions that can cause brownish discoloration and red bumps. You should have this examined.

Breast exam!!: If you have a breast lump and lumps in the armpit, then you absolutely need to go in to your doctor and get a breast exam and you also need breast imaging!

: It's tough to make a correct diagnosis without visualizing the lesions. I think you suffered this problem long enough to necessitate a dermatology referral by your family doctor.

On this forum...: We offer information, but not advice. That said, a woman in her late 20's with a breast lump can see her primary care doctor this week or next week. If needed, the doctor can refer to Radiology to do imaging studies of the breasts, or refer to other specialists in breast problems. Lumps in breasts have to be diagnosed, to make sure they are ok or not ok. We don't want women getting breast cancer.

Take a deep breath!: Relax.  Often times (most of the time!) breast lumps and bumps are not cancer.  Call your doctor for an appointment, get an exam and your doctor will help you come up with an action plan to figure out what is going on.
