More info; get check: Any anorectal coitus? Possible irritation or even early herpes infection. Any constipation or hemorrhoid history? That could be a factor. Any recent yeast discharge with vsginal symptoms as well. An in-person exam sounds warranted, especially STD is a possibility. Hope that helps.

Do not sqeezed: do not squeezed the tiny pumps, if you already did, that could explain the bruises and the redness.
the tiny pumps are a oil gland cysts best to leave them alone, otherwise they becomes infected if they were squeezed.
if you did not, constipation will not cause the redness, and the bruising, unless you had anal sex or a rough sex.
if you did not do neither go and see a doctor,please.

Depends on digestion: Tomatoes have some insoluble fiber, which would naturally be excreted  in feces, but would usually be processed enough to not be recognizable in feces, except for the skins, unless there is rapid transit like diarrhea.   Corn has 5 g of  fiber in 1/2 cup and it is very common to see kernals in stool.  A cooked tomato has about 1 g of fiber. Stool can be tested for blood to eliminate that concern.
