Viral URI?: Without seeing and examining you it is impossible to say what this is, but based upon the description you provided it is not unlikely that this is a viral illness. You cannot exclude bacterial (almost entirely Grp A Strep) pharyngitis or allergies without a full assessment. Hope you are better soon.

Warm compresses: It may take some time for this to disappear because it is the result of an inflammatory process which includes increasing the blood supply to the affected area.  Using heat may help the rate of clearance.

Bump: At your age, you should watch for any skin cancer etc. A dime sized bump is large on the face and should be evaluated by your physician. Watch for any skin color changes, signs of infection etc.

See your doctor.: The only way to definitively diagnose a rash is to see it, so you should see your doctor. This does not sound like cellulitis, but could be impetigo or other infection, or a contact dermatitis. Your doctor should be able to diagnose this once he/she sees you.

Facial redness?: See your primary doctor or a dermatologist, who should be able to ask you detailed questions and examine you to help diagnose and prescribe the best treatment to help improve or resolve the signs and symptoms you are describing. Topical cream and/or laser or light treatment(s) as well as behavioral/ dietary modification may be part of your treatment plan.

Possibilities: There is a possibility that it can be a sexualy transmitted disease but another possibility is pearly papules (photos can be seen using search engine - i.e. google images).  These are benign not contagious and common so possibly nothing to worry about. If there is any question as to the cause see your MD.

Sound very small: Just try some facial moisturizer first to see if resolves sounds like skin just dry especially if no changes   Set an appointment if you like if no resolution in a week or so

how to remove oily red nose with blackheads?

Wash face w a: Gentle cleanser 2x/ day.  Use oil free products on face. Avoid heavy foundations.  Don't squeeze pimples (to include black heads).  Avoid touching face (i.e.,  cradling chin in hands).Remove makeup before bed. Shower after stenous exercise.  Can use otc products (containing salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). If &gt; than mild acne see dermatologist & discuss possible use of a comedone extractor.

Needs to be checked: Mupirocin is a topical antibiotic and will only work if there is infection.We do not have enough information to advice you what to use/But I will advice you to discontinue the mupirocin and if still red nose and it is bothering you vconsult your MD
