Acne treatment: Adult acne can be prevented or minimized by using a gentle cleanser twice daily, over the counter benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid products or prescription medications including topical cream with or without oral medications.  Picking at them will make them look worse, so avoid any urges!

Bite: Start with the following ideas. Store aloe vera gel in the refrigerator and apply to affected area.  Rub a basil leaf on the bite. It repels mosquitoes & has  anti-inflammatory properties effect. If it itches use benadryl. Nsaid or tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain. Unfortunately, i don't really have an idea about how big it is. If it is getting worse &  you are concerned - then please seek medical care.

Cortisone cream: Best not to use topical Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as it is a potent sensitizer and many will develop an allergic reaction from it.  Topical cortisone creams work best. The redness and lump should gradually fade.
Some insect bites persists for years and are called dermatofibromas.

You can take oral medications like Benadryl (diphenhydramine)  or chlorpheniramine.

Hives?: Bug-bite-like spots can be from many causes such as: bug bites (of course), hives, viral infections, medication causes, hot-tub rashes, heat rashes, reactions to lotions, allergic reactions to various things (including foods), internal disorders (such as kidney disease, auto-immune disease), etc... That means a rash that persists or is worrisome in appearance should be checked by a doctor.
