: There are many possible causes including but not limited to alcohol use, vitamin deficiencies, certain conditions, etc.  If it is bothersome, you should see your doctor and get some tests done to see what is causing this. Mutiple causes: You really need a complete physical exam and blood testing: sometimes this is involuntary vasomotor instability ( similar to blushing); however it can also be related to other issues.

Actually yes: The thenar and hypothemar eminences are likely to be selectively red if the liver's going bad, or in hyperthyroidism.

HUH???: Hyperhidrosis does not cause redness of the dorsum [top] of the hand. Exactly which topical antibiotic? Why? Topical antibiotic and latex allergy certainly can make hands red. Why Benadryl? Used mostly as a sleep aid, should not be used except at bedtime. Echinacea is a waste of money.

why is there a vein popping out like a chord on the palm of my hand with redness around the surrounding area? i used the sauna for about 5 minutes and a few minutes after coming out i noticed a pinching pain that lasted for about a minute?

: MS may cause pins/needles/pain, but shouldn't cause swelling/redness of hands. Rheumatoid can cause your symptoms; carpal tunnel or ulnar nerve entrapment can partially explain your symptoms. How long have you had the symptoms? Raynaud's syndrome can cause your symptoms as well, but living in FL means less likely to have symptoms comparing to those living in colder regions. Consult doc. Neuropathy: The description if your pain sounds like neuropathic pain. Get yourself checked for diabetes, thyroid disorders, kidney disease, other metabolic disorders and adverse effects of some medicines.
