Rashes really: Need to be seen . Spider bites usually have 3 bite  marks . Could they have been spider bites ?   Get an eval if the rash is still there and bothersome

Itchy rash: The location of the rash may indicate insect bites, but hard to tell without looking at it, you may need to see a doctor for that.

Hard to say: Can't really tell what these are without an exam or photo.  Could be insect bites, scabies, allergic reaction, or a skin infection.  Suggest you see a doctor to get them checked.  Good luck!

Itchy toe bumps: May be eczema or fungus. Could try desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) or OTC antifungal like tinactin Could also be bacterial infection so try the bacitracin on top of tinactin For eczema use steroids .A great product is lotrisone a steroid and antifungal, but need prescription. F/u with doc urgent care.

What are: the 2 diagnosis. Can you show the rash . Will be concerned with scabies or contact dermatitis or impetigo but without picture or diagnosis of the previous Dermatologist or the treatments that did not work it is just a guess.
