Doctor can evaluate: Bumps and rashes are difficult to visualize in words. Rashes or bumps may be folliculitis, which is an infection in the little hair follicles in the skin. Rashes that itch a lot may be allergic reactions and/or skin infections. An STD is possible. A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate to decide on a diagnosis and talk about treatment options.

Not warts: Almost certainly folliculitis. Warts don't cause redness, are not common in the pubic area, and do not appear in association with hair follicles.

Sebaceour cyst?: Without pain or redness, I would be more suspicious of a sebaceous cyst. If not large, bothersome, or inflamed (red and sore), it's nothing to worry about. But if it bugs you, it probably could easily be drained or surgically removed. Discuss again with your doctor, or see a dermatologist.

Many things: Could be an allergic reaction to soap, bubble bath, shaving (if you shave there), etc.  Also could be a hair follicle infection, or even pubic lice.  You should be checked by a doctor to see which it is.  Good luck!

Possible Abscesses: It sounds like you may have some abscesses with or without cellulitis.  You may need antibiotics and possible drainage of the abscesses if they are fully formed.  In the meantime analgesia like paracetamol and ibuprofen will help but also running the area under hot water and soap as often as it is convenient should help.  You should let a doctor take a look at it.

See your doctor: This may well be an ingrown hair, folliculitis,  or an early abscess.  Depending on the distribution and appearance, your doctor may want to incise and drain it and or get bacterial or viral cultures.  It is best to have your doctor have a look.

Molluscum contagiosa: its impossible to be sure without seeing or biopsing one of them, but this is a strong possibility. Go to a dermatologist who may freeze, acid or freeze them off. There are also several topical products that may be prescribed. These are wart-like growths that are contagious so be careful!

For how long?: Waiting is the simple answer. Some times an over the counter burn cream might help. patience is also reported olive oil and coconut oil as being soothing to the skin. you may want to rethink having this procedure done again if you were that sore.
